Advising a major UK mobile network operator on a multi-year, multi-hundred-million-pound wholesale services agreement with a leading telecommunications and broadband provider. The strategically significant agreement will enable the client to expand its high-speed broadband offering to consumer and SME markets using third-party fibre-to-the-premises infrastructure.

We supported the end-to-end structuring and drafting of the agreement, developing sophisticated commercial arrangements covering minimum volume commitments, dynamic pricing and service performance. Our work also included detailed service levels addressing appointment scheduling, fault resolution and network availability, alongside automatic compensation mechanisms.
