Stephanie is an experienced Legal Director with a wealth of experience acting for both public sector and private clients managing a wide range of transactions, development projects and portfolios across the country from strategic partnership agreements, options, development agreements and forward funding arrangements to leasing, funding and asset management and data centre projects.
Stephanie provides valuable strategic advice on all manner of real estate transactions with a solution-based attitude and pragmatic approach to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet client needs while working closely with her planning and construction colleagues.
She has acted on various large-scale developments from site set up, funding, development right through to subsequent asset management and disposal ensuring that projects can stand the test of time.

Experience
- Stephanie has spent several years managing the client relationship for a major digital connectivity & telecommunications company in respect of their property and asset management needs ranging from leasing, disposals, acquisitions, advising on rights to light and title issues, dealing with a variety of infrastructure instructions and also running multiple countrywide projects to install data centres in existing telephone exchanges under a cooperative PPA commercial framework and leasing arrangement and also providing strategic advice on the property aspects of their complex funding arrangements whilst being mindful of the company’s Code obligations and requirements
- Acting for a major real estate investment trust on a strategic partnership agreement with the NHS to procure and deliver ambulance hubs across England and Wales. Involving the negotiation of over-arching partnership agreements, development agreements and leases and managing the roll out across various sites whilst tailoring to deal with both site and Trust specific requirements and obligations
- Advising Reigate and Banstead Borough Council on their flagship regeneration project of The Rise in Redhill turning the western side of the town centre into a new retail and leisure hub with 150 boutique rental apartments. Managed variations to golden brick development agreement for the residential element and subsequent leaseback, delivering on CPO requirements and easements, commercial leasing and ongoing asset management requirements across the project whilst co-ordinating with various stakeholders and relevant authorities to deliver the project
- Acted for a private sector developer on the acquisition of a three phase site for residential development in the South East. Negotiated acquisition agreements, easements, planning options, overage agreements and navigated title issues to deliver the initial phase within a compacted timescale whilst ensuring the framework is in place to trigger later phases
