He advises on the procurement and management of technology solutions and services including large scale IT, telecoms and business process outsourcing projects in both the private and public sectors.
Dan has a particular focus on technology and outsourcing within the financial services industry working with a range of banks, building societies, fintech providers and financial services organisations on strategic technology projects and compliance with outsourcing regulation.
He also advises retailers and large corporate organisations on the procurement of new technology, systems, telecoms and acquisition, management and disposal of intellectual property assets.
Dan also has significant experience in working with central government and public sector organisations on the procurement of technology, often working as part of a multi-disciplinary team advising public bodies from initial procurement design and structuring through to contract award and contract management.
