Advisory - Agreements & IP licences

We advise clients regularly on the competition law aspects of a wide range of commercial arrangements and business practices, ranging from distribution and franchising agreements to joint R&D and IP licenses.
We work with a number of businesses, from leading retail groups and suppliers of fast-moving consumer goods, to car importers and pharmaceutical companies.
Our services include offering advice on exclusive and selective distribution systems, online distribution arrangements and associated standards, and technology transfer issues.
Our strong commercial focus and wide-ranging experience ensures that our competition advice is always presented in a relevant and practical context, rather than in the abstract.
