She advises clients on a wide range of commercial, technology and telecoms regulatory matters, supporting organisations operating in highly regulated environments, including those involving electronic communications networks (ECNs), services (ECS) and over-the-top (OTT) services, spectrum use, and next‑generation infrastructure deployments.
Andana has particular experience advising on the procurement of network solutions and on the evolving regulatory landscape for mobile and digital connectivity providers. She regularly supports clients on projects involving MVNO and VoIP operating models, roaming arrangements. frameworks, ongoing regulatory, security and cybersecurity compliance for regulated telco entities.
She is recognised for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice that helps clients manage legal and regulatory risk while progressing strategic and operational objectives, including large-scale digital transformation and platform modernisation initiatives.
