- Investigation of title disputes;
- Recovery and enforcement of debts from hirers, guarantors and third parties
Amanda has spent over 20 years specialising in all aspects of motor, asset and consumer finance.

Experience
- Amanda recently acted on behalf of one Defendant in a multi action claim issued by hundreds of claimants, against a multitude of Defendants, in a motor finance commission case. The Claimants were attempting to have the matter transferred to the High Court and for one single claim form to be used for all Claimants. The application made against the Defendant was not successful in either respect.
- Amanda recently acted for a Bank whereby a Customer had alleged that a £95k vehicle supplied to them was not of satisfactory quality. The claim against the Bank was successfully dismissed with costs awarded.
