Emma is formerly a litigator with over 15 years’ experience specialising in general litigation and corporate and complex personal insolvency law. Emma developed an interest in project work and using streamlined processes to support clients through creative approaches to tasks, using technology and people.
Emma is responsible for delivery of projects requiring a scalability of resource with a dedicated team of lawyers on a variety of internal and external document review projects.
With Emma’s combined extensive experience of litigation and eDiscovery she helps design and deliver projects at the early stages of a review. These projects include large investigations, substantial document reviews and disclosure exercises. Emma also advises clients on DSAR projects to create cost-effective solutions.
Emma qualified in 2004 and joined TLT in 2007. Emma has been independently recognised as an expert in the field of Restructuring and Insolvency by Chambers UK, a guide to the legal profession.
