Hannah’s experience ranges throughout several areas within the real estate practice group however, since joining TLT Hannah’s focus has been in renewable energy and alternative energy industry, acting for developers and lenders in connection with solar/PV schemes, battery facilities, wind farms, anaerobic digestion, peat restoration and other renewable energy projects.
Hannah’s work in the energy and renewable energy sector supports a sector leading team which has advised on 3GW of future energy projects with a total value of £1.4bn including 1GW of battery storage M&A transactions across the UK.
Hannah is also a member of the REG Innovation group.

- SSE Utility Services first solar acquisitions at Little Pastures, near Evesham, Worcestershire to deliver 30MW of clean energy as part of their ambitious £12.5bn investment programme;
- Enso Green Holdings Limited portfolio which includes the UK’s largest ready to build co-location solar and battery portfolio;
- First of its kind solar acquisition for a UK bank. A ready to build 12MW solar site worth £3.1 million.
