Hannah Ward joined TLT in April 2022 and advises on mergers and acquisitions, early stage and venture capital investment, and a broad range of company law matters.
As a member of the firm's Digital team, she works closely with technology businesses, founders and investors on growth, investment and exit transactions, with particular experience supporting companies and investors through funding rounds from seed investment to Series A and beyond.
Hannah also advises on matters involving limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and community interest companies. Her clients range from start-ups and scale-ups to national and international corporates, whom she supports throughout their growth, acquisition and investment journeys.
