- Advising a national landscaping business on industrial relations matters including pay negotiation, recognition agreements and strike action.
- Assisted an EV charging business on restructuring and exit of senior individuals.
- Successfully negotiated settlement (via consent orders) of multiple Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of Joint Administrators of an insolvent business.
- Defended a complex Employment Tribunal including equal pay and disability and sex discrimination for a national recruitment business.
