His work spans secured/mortgage related litigation, receivership, commercial lending and advisory matters.
Thomas has strong experience of bringing proceedings on behalf of financial services clients, as well as defending financial institutions when claims or allegations are made against them or their officers/directors. His practise includes advising on dispute resolution strategies, including the use of negotiation, mediation and arbitration intended to limit exposure to court proceedings in the public domain.
