Senior Associate
Yasmin has experience advising residential developers, investor developers, housing associations and other investors of private sector residential and mixed use development work.
She advises on the set up of residential and mixed use development sites, including plot sales legal structures, with mixed tenures, the set-up of appropriate management companies, through to the sale of the plots. She works closely with TLT's specialists in our planning, tax and construction teams.
Yasmin qualified in 2003 and her supervisor at TLT is Neil Gordon.

- National developer – advising on set up, funding and plot-sales for a large 600 plus plots of Luxury Residential Apartments in City Centre Manchester
- National developer – acting and advising on the set up funding, redevelopment and plot sales for numerous of a national developer's residential and mixed use urban renewal development schemes in Manchester
- Housing Association – acting on the Association's private new homes arms on their flag ship residential apartment sites in Southwark London. Advising on the set up, plots sales of over 10000 residential plots, on a phased approach including share ownership structures
