TLT helps bring £15m Grade A office development to Sci-Tech Daresbury

The scheme will see the construction of two buildings providing 12,000 sq ft each and one building providing 18,000 sq ft, as well as major landscaping improvements around the site.

This marks the latest phase in the expansion of the world-leading science and innovation campus, which was formed in 2006 and became a public private joint venture between developers Langtree, the Science and Technology Facilities Council and Halton Borough Council in 2010. 

The new £15m office development will help to continue Sci-Tech’s mission to drive discovery, open up new commercial opportunities and deliver high value jobs and sustainable economic growth. 

TLT partner Jahanara Hussain advised Sci-Tech Daresbury on the construction agreements.  

The project is funded by the Chrysalis Fund (part of the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership) as part of wider, ongoing work to kick start redevelopment in the region.
