Anika deals with a range of both commercial and residential property transactions with experience in Landlord & Tenant, general commercial and residential conveyancing (acquisitions and disposals), corporate support, commercial property investment and development work.
She has extensive experience of property management work and commercial leases acting on behalf of public sector bodies, housing associations, property occupiers, developers, property investors, financial institutions and individuals.
Anika qualified in 2016 and her supervisor at TLT is Neil Gordon.

- Acting for a corporate occupier of a significant landmark building in the City of London with an initial annual rent of £300,000.
- Acting for the seller of a multi-let building in Fitzrovia for £20m.
- Acting for a number of high net worth individuals and off shore entities in relation to asset management of medium to large portfolios.
- Acting for an embryonic development company on numerous transactions concerning development of land throughout Surrey. The company now buys, develops and sells in excess of 15 residential and commercial properties per year.
