Caroline is an Senior Associate in the Future Energy Real Estate team. She has over 6 years’ experience in commercial real estate and has expertise in title due diligence as well as in relation to the negotiation of land related contracts. Since joining TLT, Caroline has specialised in energy work acting on behalf of developer clients and has advised on a variety of renewables projects including wind and battery storage developments.
