Ciara works with employers on a variety of employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievances, company reorganisations and long-term sickness absence.
Ciara also runs Employment Tribunal claims, assisting respondents in defending claims such as those involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation and whistleblowing.
Ciara is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

- Handling Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers and employees from their conception at ACAS Early Conciliation to the final hearing.
- Acting for a large retailer in successfully defending an application for interim relief in a whistleblowing claim.
