He qualified as a Solicitor in August 2022 and joined the firm in September 2022.
His expertise lies in commercial landlord and tenant work and he has over four years’ experience in drafting and negotiating leases on behalf of landlords.
Prior to joining the firm, Eoghan was working as an in-house Chartered Legal Executive, acting on behalf of the Bruntwood Group.

His instructions have covered large and small lettings of offices, retail & leisure premises and laboratories, in locations ranging from city centres (such as Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham) to regional office blocks and science parks.
Recent experience for Eoghan includes dealing with strategic lettings following Bruntwood’s purchase of Innovation Birmingham, maintaining Bruntwood’s vacant possession strategy prior to the redevelopment of Stretford Mall and negotiating leases and ancillary documents with tenants such as Telefonica UK, Keller Lenkner UK and Blue Chip Marketing.
