As an associate in TLT’s Competition, Regulatory and Trade team, Georgina specialises in public law and regulatory matters, supporting clients across both private and public sectors.
Her experience includes assisting on high-profile public inquiries, as well as undertaking a secondment to a UK regulator to support on enforcement and policy development. Georgina has contributed to matters involving competition law, regulatory investigations, and compliance, including emerging areas such as AI regulation and digital transformation.
Georgina has experience assisting government departments, regulators and public bodies with regulatory investigations, public inquiries and subsidy control. She has also supported private sector clients on competition law, digital regulation and AI compliance, with work spanning the retail, financial services and technology sectors.
