Oliver advises on a broad range of banking and corporate finance matters from both a lender and borrower perspective.
Oliver has a focus on corporate lending, real estate finance (particularly in the student sector) and acquisition finance. Many of his transactions involve a cross-border element.
Oliver trained with TLT and qualified in 2019 before being made Senior Associate in 2022 and Managing Associate in 2025.
