Knowledge Lawyer

Richard is a knowledge lawyer in the Real Estate Group. He specialises in commercial property law and deals with precedents, training, complex research and both internal and client briefings.
Richard is a highly experienced negotiator and project manager. He has spent nearly 30 years as a transaction lawyer, working for both national and international law firms, during which time he has acted for a wide variety of clients on a range of schemes, many of which being high value and high profile. Richard has considerable experience acting on behalf of landlords on lettings and general estate management work, notably on retail premises, as well as for developers and investors on site assembly, acquisitions, developments and disposals.
Richard qualified in 1995 and became a support lawyer in 2023.
