Stephanie advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing in both the Central London market and further afield and has a particular expertise in portfolio restructuring. Stephanie also acts for and advises lenders and financial institutions on private lending transactions.
Stephanie joined TLT in 2016 and has over 10 years’ experience in working with HNW clients and advising on their property portfolios.

Experience
Acting for an off-shore corporate borrower on a £23m refinancing facility, which was secured over one of the most high value properties in the UK. Stephanie led on the real estate side of the deal which was both complex and time critical.
Acting on the sale of 46 residential plot sales on a site in Essex for a private developer. Drafting the transaction documents and producing sales information packs which were then offered to buyers via an online data room. Provided bespoke advice on part exchange options and FSA regulatory advice.
Private Bank – acting on the lending side for a private bank on a £12 million refinancing facility.
Acquisitions and sales of high value residential properties both in and out of London, for UK and overseas clients, on shore and off shore companies, and UK and overseas Trusts. Acting for both buyers and lenders on such transactions.
Logistics company - providing day to day asset management for a large UK based logistics and warehousing company including procuring lease renewals, deeds of variation, wayleave agreements and acquiring new sites.
