Our litigation team can deal with cyber or data protection litigation matters including claims by third parties and data subjects. We regularly advise well-known national and international organisations on complex and reputationally-sensitive matters involving litigation, arbitration and mediation and are one of the largest providers of specialist litigation services to commercial and financial services businesses, across all three UK legal jurisdictions.

Experience

• Advised a healthcare society and its parent company as a result of being subject to FCA and PRA Enforcement investigation in relation to governance, systems and controls, whistleblowing and financial crime.
• Advising a global leader in business process outsourcing on a dispute in Australia under which the client was pursued for damages for alleged mis-use of confidential information under a contract for use of marketing data.
• Advising a eholesale voice and data communications provider on a complex dispute with broadband channel partner TPad a company based in Jersey and the UAE, concerning a range of services provided to end users for phone and internet services.
