TLT launches Intelligent Drafting solution powered by Clarilis
TLT and Clarilis first partnered in spring 2019, working together to enable businesses to automate their document and contract creation process, now part of the ‘TLT One’ platform. TLT One is a document, task and contract lifecycle management solution that blends technology and legal expertise through a series of standalone and interconnecting modules, empowering clients to do more contract work in-house.
The new solution, known as Intelligent Drafting, was launched at this year’s Legal Geek all-digital conference on 13th October and offers an off-the-shelf product which automates the most commonly used commercial, technology, data processing, employment and real estate contracts.
Intelligent Drafting combines TLT assured documents with Clarilis’ automated drafting technology into one easy to use drafting solution. It offers clients increased efficiency in the drafting of contracts and delivers improved risk mitigation and control through the use of TLT assured templates and precedents. The solution will be available in three flexible options to best meet clients’ needs and budget.
James Touzel, partner and head of digital at TLT, says:
"Our clients are under increasing pressure to find efficiencies across the in-house legal function, and we’re pleased to share the solutions we use at TLT to help them with that task.
“We have received excellent feedback from clients on our technology driven solutions, noting that as well as providing increased efficiency and time saving in terms of delegation of work, the platform has helped manage and mitigate risk.
“We’re pleased to be strengthening our partnership with Clarilis by answering a real client need through our new Intelligent Drafting solution, and offering technology-driven solutions that bring together Clarilis’ technical expertise with TLT’s legal services.”
James Quinn, CEO at Clarilis, says:
“By partnering with TLT we bring together our best-in-class drafting platform with the expertise of TLT’s lawyers. Clients can choose TLT automated precedents for a turn-key solution or a bespoke automation of their documents through TLT Intelligent Drafting.
“This solution helps legal departments dramatically speed up the contracting process, by providing an easy way to prepare legal documents that reduces risk and frees up the legal team to focus on higher value activities. Clients love the combined approach here, which delivers a solution, rather than just a technology.”
Clarilis is TLT’s preferred provider for its own internal document automations and is proven to deliver significant efficiencies and process improvements.
