Amy works on a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions.
She specialises in acting for institutional investors, tenants, healthcare investors, student accommodation providers and both developers and landowners in renewable energy transactions. She also has experience of advising on residential aspects of commercial property transactions.
Amy has in the past undertaken client secondments allowing her to gain invaluable insight into the client perspective on effective communication and deadlines.
Clients consider her to be committed and commercial and appreciate her approachable manner, excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
