Managing Associate

She regularly provides transactional tax support for corporate M&A, most frequently for clients operating in the clean energy space and for clients selling or buying out of administration. She also provides transactional advice and drafting support for retail clients and landlords looking to enter into an agreement for lease with associated capital contribution.
She is frequently called upon to help clients understand their SDLT obligations arising from a particular transaction or transactions and to meet their obligations as they fall due. Where instructed to do so, she will also trace through a history of transactions to identify any past compliance shortfalls, support the client in addressing these liaising with HMRC as needed, and will advise the client on a plan to help them stay on top of their SDLT obligations going forward.
Andrée is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.
