Andrew specialises in corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A and private equity. He also works on equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, including AIM flotations.

Andrew has spent around 10 years living and working for law firms and companies in Japan. He is able to transact in the Japanese language and aims to bring on board inbound Japanese investors.

• Acting for a UK company (wholly-owned by a Japanese listed parent) in connection with the substantial acquisition of a UK public services group;

• Acting for an AIM listed client on its acquisition of a group of companies providing cutting edge pharma technology services to the NHS;

• Acting for a local authority in connection with its private equity investment in a green energy company.
