Anique Khan is a Senior Associate in TLT’s Real Estate team, specialising in commercial property with particular experience in the retail and leisure sectors.
She advises high‑street brands, national operators, private investors and lenders on both investment and operational real estate matters.
Her practice covers a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, ongoing estate management and portfolio transactions for clients with significant property holdings. She also has experience advising on finance and re‑finance transactions, including lender‑side matters with a real estate focus.
Anique works closely with in‑house property and asset management teams, regularly supporting the day‑to‑day management of client estates and wider transactional objectives.
Anique has extensive experience advising retail, leisure and hospitality clients, including national retailers, pub and brewery operators, coffee house brands and investors with large, multi‑site estates.
