Catharine is a Legal Director in the UK-wide Banking and Restructuring team and is based in Glasgow.
Catharine specialises in all types of corporate lending including acting for financial institutions and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral lending, restructurings, real estate and acquisition finance, cross border and multi-jurisdictional transactions with particular expertise in loan portfolio acquisitions. Catharine qualified in 2006 and joined TLT in 2019.
