Managing Associate

Jessica advises clients across the energy, transport and water sectors. She advises promotors and affected parties on all aspects of the consenting process, including guiding them through pre-application and consultation processes and examination of the application. Her experience includes advising on scheme development and consenting strategy, consultation, complex environmental and engineering matters including on EIA, HRA and marine consents, land acquisition, order drafting, the DCO examination and TWAO inquiry processes, stakeholder management and negotiating third party agreements. In addition, Jessica has experience advising on various aspects of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Highways Act 1980 including drafting and advising on section 106 and section 278 agreements.
