Liam is a regulatory and enforcement lawyer covering a wide array of specialisms including white collar crime, health & safety, advertising, and product safety and compliance.
Liam has in-house experience and has been seconded to clients in the FMCG, utilities and financial services sectors.
Liam advises clients at all stages of an investigation and any prosecutions, from the preliminary investigation stage and interviews under caution through to sentencing hearings. Liam also has experience appearing before the courts and has advocacy experience.
In addition to this, Liam also provides non-contentious advice, this includes areas such as fire safety compliance and advising on policies and procedures such as sanctions screening.
