Lydia Aspinall

Lydia Aspinall is an Associate in TLT's Competition, Regulatory and Trade team, advising clients on a broad range of regulatory matters, with a growing focus on environmental law, consumer and advertising law and investigations.

She has experience acting for public bodies, regulators and corporates across regulated sectors, helping them navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks, manage risk and respond effectively to regulatory change. Lydia also has experience advising clients in relation to internal investigations, responding to government consultations, and both prosecuting and defending proceedings in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts.
