• Advising a number of individuals who have been asked to give evidence to a significant residential housing fire inquiry involving multiple fatalities which is ongoing.
• Assisted a US client in relation to an HSE investigation into the safety of their lifting equipment supplied to the UK.
• Advised an individual director on the largest hazardous waste raid, and the subsequent investigation by the Environment Agency and National Environmental Crime Team into numerous alleged environmental offences.
