Experience

Advising a number of individuals who have been asked to give evidence to a significant residential housing fire inquiry involving multiple fatalities which is ongoing.
Assisted a US client in relation to an HSE investigation into the safety of their lifting equipment supplied to the UK.
Advised an individual director on the largest hazardous waste raid, and the subsequent investigation by the Environment Agency and National Environmental Crime Team into numerous alleged environmental offences.
