He has over 30 years' experience of dispute resolution and incident management and has considerable experience of heavyweight commercial litigation involving national and international organisations.
Kerry regularly appears as an advocate in Courts throughout the UK where he has dealt with a number of high profile cases including complex multi-party actions.
Kerry specialises in advising businesses, their directors and senior executives on regulatory compliance. He deals with investigations and prosecutions by the main regulatory bodies such as the HSE., Environment Agency, CMA, BEIS, Trading Standards and the ASA.
Kerry is also a Commercial Mediator accredited with CEDR and the ADR Group. Kerry is a category A* (" elite") Mediator on the ADR Group panel of mediators and has been recognised as a "leader in his field", nationally, in the Legal Directories Chambers and the Legal 500.
Kerry is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Association of Regulatory Lawyers, the CBI and Institute of Directors. He regularly lectures on regulatory compliance and prosecutions, particularly in relation to Corporate Governance, personal liability of Directors and Anti Bribery and Corruption programmes.
