Experience
- Advising and defending a Chief Executive who was privately prosecuted in respect of nine counts under the Fraud Act and in respect of Forgery and Counterfeiting Offences.
- Instructed by Boohoo to investigate allegations of breaches of the Modern Slavery Act in their UK supply chain.
- Investigating various directors where allegations of bribery had been alleged concerning the tender of a very large public sector contract.
