We advise on all aspects of gambling law, with particular expertise in Scotland. In England and Wales our expertise is predominantly directed towards regulatory advice, corporate support and all aspects of machine related gambling.

We represent casinos, betting shops, arcades, lotteries, online gaming operators, travelling fairs, adult gaming centres, family entertainment centres and large-scale events. We also support our alcohol licensing client base on gambling law in pubs and clubs.

We deal with all licensing authority gambling applications, from new premises licences to minor permits. We have significant experience with Gambling Commission operating licences and licence 'review' processes. We also have experience of online gambling.

We literally wrote the book on gambling laws, in fact three of them. We offer an implicit understanding of the labyrinthine Gambling Act 2005, together with practical knowledge of the industry. Our clients enjoy robust but jargon free advice in this complex area.
