We provide expert advice on pensions law and regulation (including change and restructuring projects), the implications of corporate transactions, and managing pension liabilities.
With extensive experience advising both private sector employers and trustees on schemes of all types and sizes, alongside expertise in all the major public service pension schemes, we’ll help you navigate the pensions landscape through our clear, practical advice.
We also have a strong industry presence, helping us stay on top of developments and make our clients’ voices heard in the development of policy and legislation. We contribute to the drafting of industry guidance and respond to consultations that affect our clients.
We are represented in key pensions organisations, being members of and sitting on committees and panels for the Association of Pension Lawyers (APL), the Pensions Management Institute (PMI), the Society of Pension Professionals (SPP), Pensions UK (formerly, PLSA), and the Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes (AMPS).
