Adam is a corporate technology partner with extensive experience advising companies, private equity sponsors, investors, management teams and founders on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He has 15 years' post-qualification experience leading lower/mid-market corporate transactions involving technology or technology-enabled businesses. Adam has advised on transactions across various technology verticals, including: IT services, enterprise software/SAAS, artificial intelligence, data, business information, HCM, education/edtech, cybersecurity, telecommunications, adtech, martech, digital media, fintech, hardware, semiconductors, life-sciences and healthtech.

- Advising the shareholders of an agency that creates digital content for the aviation sector on a sale to a buyer listed on the National Stock Exchange of India
- Advising the management team of a private-equity-backed provider of broadband infrastructure and consumer internet services on an equity fundraising and related matters
