Senior Associate

Harry works closely with in-house legal and procurement teams, advising on, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. He is familiar with a variety of contractual structures, including for the supply of goods and services, distribution, agency, and bespoke collaborations.
Alongside business as usual support, Harry advises on large-scale commercial projects, including complex national and international outsourcing arrangements. He has particular experience in logistics outsourcing, including the appointment of 3PLs in relation to warehousing and multimodal freight services. Harry is also active in the financial services sector, supporting banks, building societies and mortgage lenders in relation to regulatory-compliant business-critical outsourcing and third party arrangements. In the public sector, Harry has experience advising central-government departments in relation to large-scale procurement exercises.

- Supporting an international retailer with a first-generation outsourcing of its logistics functions in the UK, including the operation of distribution centres and transport services.
- Supporting a central-government department in preparing an agreement for the procurement of c.£800m of goods over an eight-year term.
- Supporting a national windscreen repair and replacement provider with the implementation of improved governance processes and escalation policies.
- Delivering commercial contracts training to a bank, with a focus on compliance with regulatory outsourcing guidelines.
- Supporting a professional services firm with a variety of commercial matters under a virtual secondment arrangement.
