Jessica Graham

Jess has experience in acting for promoters of Development Consent Orders under the Planning Act 2008 and Transport and Works Act Orders under the Transport and Works Act. Jess advises on all aspects of the consenting process including the pre-application stage, environment assessment requirements, reviewing application documents, drafting orders, responding to written submissions and preparing for hearings and inquiries.

Jess also has experience of acting for organisations and individuals affected by infrastructure projects, representing their interests in the consenting process and drafting agreements to secure protections for those interests.

• Advised in relation to the consenting of SMR projects.
• Advised on the successful promotion of a highway alteration DCO.
• Advised on the successful promotion of an airport DCO.

• Advised on the successful promotion of a flood defence barrier TWAO including advising at a three-week public inquiry.
• Advised a local authority on its flood risk management scheme including a proposed major tidal barrier scheme.
