Katie has particular expertise in 1954 Act lease renewal proceedings, estate management portfolios, break options, adverse possession, possession claims including trespass and forfeiture, right of way and boundary disputes, dilapidations , rent recovery and option notices for solar developments.
Katie acts for a range of clients including public authorities, statutory undertakers, retail and consumer clients and future energy developers.

- Supporting senior heads with complex technical advice for a statutory undertaker in respect of critical infrastructure on a national scale involving geo-technical engineers and flood and river specialists.
- Advising a public sector client in respect of an adverse possession claim which was heard in the First-Tier Tribunal.
