Legal Director

Lauren has over 15 years’ experience of advising clients on Development Consent Orders (DCOs), Transport and Works Act Orders (TWAOs) and hybrid bills. She works collaboratively with a project team’s consultants and has a breadth of expertise advising on railway, highway, energy, solar and flood defence projects for both public and private sector clients.
Lauren advises on all aspects of the consenting process to ensure the legal robustness of applications including consultation, policy compliance, environmental impact assessment requirements, order drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties. Lauren also advises clients throughout the examination process including preparing for public inquiries and hearings.
