Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects

We help promoters, consultees and objectors in the process associated with Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects where a Development Consent Order is applied for. We are experienced in all aspects of the process including compulsory purchase which may form part of the application.
We have particular strength in renewable energy projects including waste to energy for developers/operators and for the public sector in highway schemes.
Our Real Estate, Commercial and Projects, Infrastructure and Constructions teams provide support to the Planning and Environment team for all the other legal skills that are required to implement a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project both prior to and following the grant of a Development Consent Order
