He has 25 years' experience across all areas of competition law with a focus on behavioural advice (including the development of industry standards and codes of conduct), merger control, competition investigations, market studies and investigations, compliance programmes and training.
Independently recognised as an expert in his field by Chambers UK, an independent guide to the legal profession, he consolidates his competition focus with extensive commercial experience including on distribution, franchising, outsourcing, manufacturing and stocking finance arrangements.
Miles has particular expertise in the manufacturing, retail, automotive, financial services and technology and media sectors.
