Senior Associate (Chartered Legal Executive)
Ryan is a commercial property lawyer dealing with a wide variety of landlord and tenant transactions.
He has experience acting for commercial landlords and tenants, public body landlords as well as telecoms operators. He deals with freehold disposals and acquisitions, leasehold acquisitions, licence agreements and wayleave agreements.
Ryan is experienced in dealing with a high volume of estate management transactions requiring adherence to and achieving KPIs on a consistent basis.

- Key involvement in a project to facilitate the install of over 350 electrical vehicle charging stations across the UK and, where relevant, negotiating the wayleave and/or sub station documentation to power the sites.
- Assisting in the negotiation and completion of 2,065 new leases, lease renewals, licences, variation and assignments over a 30 month period for Cornerstone (joint venture for Vodafone and Telefonica).
