Sol’s experience encompasses digital regulation, artificial intelligence, adtech, online safety, AI and data governance, GDPR compliance, incident management, international transfers of data and procurement. He also advises on commercial agreements involving SaaS, outsourcing, and licensing.
With experience advising on the regulatory landscape for emerging technologies, he helps businesses navigate risk and stay ahead of evolving legal frameworks.
Sol was recently seconded to a regulator, focussing on data protection and regulatory matters. He also regularly contributes to privacy publications, and has had articles published in the Privacy & Data Protection Journal and in Privacy Laws & Business Journal.
