Managing Associate
Stephen has a wide range of experience in real estate matters and more recently has specialised in real estate finance and commercial asset management.
He works with several high street and specialist finance lenders advising on commercial property investments from new commercial developments to large residential portfolios.
He also provides advice to clients on commercial landlord and tenant matters, property acquisitions and disposals and other general non-contentious real estate work.
Stephen works closely with clients to understand their commercial aims to ensure that the advice provided to the client is not only accurate but is also tailored to the client’s goals and business.

- Advising on the re-finance of a multi-million pound property portfolio.
- Assisting a national airport group with the ongoing management of their estate including leases of various airport terminals and wider airport premises.
- Carrying out work on behalf of a high street lender rectifying title registers to ensure the client’s security was successfully registered.
- Advising on the sale of GP surgeries by receivers.
