TLT tech hire to support sector growth

Gareth joins from Sharpe Pritchard where he was head of technology and data and virtual data protection officer for the Police ICT Company and the Financial Conduct Authority ‚Äì providing information and advice on data privacy and protection, regulation and compliance. 

He is extremely well regarded for his exceptional experience in commercial issues, including IT and business process outsourcing and procurement; IP and software development; cloud solutions; collaborative research & development projects; cyber risk; privacy; and commercial contracts. He is also a trusted adviser on business strategy issues including SME and corporate business growth. 

At TLT, he will support the firm's digital sector clients including large technology companies and the UK's fast-growth tech sector, including on their development of world-leading technology. He will support TLT's IP-focused clients including retail and consumer goods and leisure, food and drink brands with technology, IP and data compliance issues. He will also work with TLT's leading public sector team, including supporting police forces and law enforcement agencies with their digital transformation programmes.
