David is a Partner in TLT's contracts and procurement team.
He is an experienced commercial lawyer, advising both public and private sector clients on a wide range of commercial arrangements. His experience includes supply of goods and services, technology contracts, outsourcing, joint ventures, funding agreements, procurement and subsidy control law. He has extensive experience of advising clients in the police, higher education, central government, local government and housing sectors. David also advises charities and not for profit organisations on a wide range of charity and company law issues including governance, restructuring, mergers, charity formation and collaborative working arrangements.
