Faye is an Associate in the Corporate team based in Glasgow, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, with experience working on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory matters.
She works with a large range of clients from individual entrepreneurs to large private companies and PLCs, across a variety of sectors, including future energy, technology, healthcare, and retail and consumer goods.
Faye has also assisted with numerous transitions to employee ownership.
Experience
- Assisting on many sales to employee ownership trusts, including RP Slight & Sons, Eòlas Architects and Kinetic Controls and Innovation.
- Advising on numerous exits, including in the education, technology and future energy sectors.
- Acting for Intelligent Land Investments Group P.L.C on the completion of the sale of a landmark pumped storage hydro scheme.
