Hannah is a corporate immigration specialist.
She frequently advises clients both in the UK and overseas on sponsoring migrant workers under Tier 2, recruiting and retaining a migrant work force in the UK, prevention of illegal working and suitable visa options for employees. She has also frequently delivers training session on right to work and the points based immigration system.
When advising clients on obtaining visas Hannah assists with obtaining the initial sponsor licence through to ensuring the individual obtains the required visa. Her experience advising on corporate immigration gives Hannah an excellent overview of the steps to be followed to best navigate the UK’s complex and ever-changing immigration system.

Experience
- Providing level 1 support to a variety of clients on their sponsor licence to ensure they stay on top of their ongoing reporting requirements;
- Providing day to day support to a number of clients including right to work advice and guidance and visa applications from initial instruction through to submitting the visa application;
- Acting as a project manager for multinational clients when immigration advice is needed for a variety of different jurisdictions;
- Advising on the implications of a corporate transaction where one of the entities involved held a sponsor licence;
- Delivering training sessions in relation to the Tier 2 sponsorship process as well as right to work and carrying out compliant right to work checks.
